Some astrologers and websites I recommend are the following:

Debra Silverman Astrology
I was lucky enough to meet Debra Silverman in Boulder, CO. For the brief time that I stayed with her as an AirBnb guest, she taught me very specific things, like the significance of the degree of a sign any given planet was in. (The higher the degree, the more developed that planet is).
Her book “The Missing Element” is definitely a must-read. You can learn what your dominant element (water, fire, earth, or air) is and what that means for you. She has a variety of educational programs which you can access on her website.
David Cochrane
This is David Cochrane’s website. He also has numerous YouTube videos on many subjects. He’s a pioneer in Harmonic, or Vibrational Astrology. He also co-owns the Avalon School which teaches both basic and vibrational astrology to aspiring astrologers.  I took a workshop that he produced in 2016 and was amazed at how discerning he was.
Astro Library
Other instruction on the signs, houses, and planets.
